Focus on + thoughts for × happiness

People being engrossed in their personal/professional stuffs, always have a place for negativity to creep in, in howsoever minute amounts. This lead to an accumulation of over-exaggerated negative thoughts over a period of time.
Thoughts are similar to clay, these can be molded by our powerful brain. We focus on things we should not and overlook things that really matter. We focus on what a person did wrong to us more than a friend who always seeks our happiness and confronts his/her sadness because of us.
We should try to portray each situation as a testing phase rather than criticizing about it. This creates a disturbance in the peaceful environment of your brain, leading to a restless attitude towards everyone and anyone.

Keep good thoughts about people and self; and dump those irrelevant tortures aside because ultimately, its Your inner self which gets damaged and makes you react and behave in unusual ways.
Its upto us how we choose to react back. Take deep breaths whenever you feel you are succumbing to your thoughts. Get out of it ! After all, Life with the mankind aint that bad!
Cheers!!!

Change is constant!

Being pampered by DMRC during my three years of graduation, I have had a phase mixed of sweet-sour moments. Now that I no longer travel via metro routinely, it struck me how a 'CHANGE' makes you change. It was the place where I solemnly used to underlay my feelings digitally. I never have penned down my blogs. Its always on phone!

Getting back to the CHANGE, the people in enormously high numbers move to-fro Delhi NCR, being busy in their activities: a gang of youngsters laughing on each other, professionals busy in their laptops, little kids swinging, people clueless about Metro travels roaming here and there, couples cozying up in some less populated areas etc. Different sets of beings travelling for a different purpose, wanting to reach a different destination. A bunch of  people come out from the metro followed by the refilling with another bunch.

Similarly, a change is inevitable in life! Like flights have timings, a red traffic light is followed by a green one; life changes for you to experience new things. Embrace the 'change' which occurs because monotony leads to a mongering mind making one stressful.

Always be patient about new things. If you think they aren't going by your will, hold and let go; eventually it will lead You to your desired target. Remember, not all 'changes' can be accepted in a go.
Accept changes as they are and appreciate them!
